Margin Intelligence runs above your existing BSS. Nothing changes.

Works on any BSS platform. No Migration Required.

The Margin Intelligence Connector accepts your CDR feed, loads your rate card once, and runs all four AI models above your existing platform. Your current BSS continues operating exactly as it did before.

TE Connector — connection diagram
CRM Connector Method

From your CDR feed to live insights. Four steps.

The Connector is designed to be established in days, not months. No integration project. No BSS vendor involvement required.

CDR feed established
Day 1

CDR feed established

A connection is established between your CDR source and the Margin Intelligence pipeline. Any CDR format is accepted — the Connector handles the mapping automatically during onboarding. Three connection methods are supported depending on what your existing setup provides.

Rate card loaded
Day 1–2

Rate card loaded

For direct MNO operators, your wholesale rate card is uploaded once. TelcoEdge maps it to your CDR plan codes automatically. When the MNO updates rates, the rate card is updated in the Connector and the mapping reapplies immediately. MVNA-model operators skip this step entirely.

7-day AI training run
Days 2–8

7-day AI training run

The four AI models train on your last 7 days of CDR history. Your first margin recovery estimate is delivered before the models go live — so you see the value before the first billing cycle completes.

Margin Intelligence live
Day 8–9

Margin Intelligence live

Dashboard active. All four AI models running. Anomaly Detection firing on every CDR batch. Your existing BSS is completely unchanged — it continues running your billing, subscriber management, and reporting exactly as before.

CDR feed — connection methods

Method 1

Direct MNO API

Real-time CDR ingestion as records are generated by the MNO. Preferred method — enables the lowest possible latency between a CDR event and Anomaly Detection firing.

Method 2

SFTP from existing BSS or platform

SFTP credentials provided. CDR files transferred on arrival — typically hourly or daily. Compatible with any BSS platform that exports CDR data to file.

Method 3

Scheduled FTP upload

CDR files uploaded on a schedule — daily or per billing batch. Suitable for operations without direct API access or SFTP infrastructure in place.

What doesn't change

Your BSS continues doing everything it does today.

The Connector sits above your existing platform. It does not touch, modify, or integrate with your BSS's internal functions. No changes to your billing engine, subscriber records, or plan configuration.

Billing and invoicing

Billing and invoicing

Your BSS continues generating invoices. Rating, billing cycles, and invoice generation are untouched. TelcoEdge reads — it does not write.

Subscriber management

Subscriber management

Subscriber records, SIM assignments, and plan enrolments are managed exactly as before in your existing BSS. Nothing moves.

Reporting and dashboards

Reporting and dashboards

Your existing reporting layer remains intact. TelcoEdge adds intelligence on top — it does not replace or interfere with your current dashboards.

MNO integration

MNO integration

Your BSS-to-MNO connectivity — provisioning, activation, porting — is unchanged. The Connector taps a separate CDR feed at the network layer.

Plan configuration

Plan configuration

Plan catalogues, bundle rules, and pricing logic stay in your BSS. TelcoEdge reads the rate card once and syncs changes automatically.

Access and permissions

Access and permissions

Your existing user roles, access controls, and audit logs in the BSS are unaffected. TelcoEdge operates in its own permission boundary.

Module Activation

Which AI modules activate
depends on your operator model.

The Connector activates the relevant Margin Intelligence modules based on your operator structure. All four models run from your CDR data — which ones are relevant depends on whether you have a direct MNO relationship or operate on MVNA pricing.

Direct MNO operators

Own wholesale contract with MNO

Invoice Prediction

daily projected wholesale cost

Revenue Leakage Detection

billing gaps in real time

Pool Optimisation

AI right-sizing recommendations

CDR Intelligence

churn, upsell, fraud, compliance

MVNA-model operators

Operating on MVNO pooled plans

Invoice Prediction

MVNA handles MNO invoice

Revenue Leakage Detection

subscriber billing accuracy

Pool Optimisation

only if MVNA passes pool costs

CDR Intelligence

churn, upsell, fraud, compliance
