TelcoEdge is a B2B SaaS platform. We collect information from businesses and individuals who visit our website, request a demo, or use our platform. We do not sell personal data. Where our platform processes subscriber data on behalf of our clients (MVNOs and operators), we act as a data processor under our clients’ instructions. This policy explains everything we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights.
TelcoEdge Inc. (“TelcoEdge”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a cloud-native BSS/OSS software platform provider incorporated in the United States. Our registered address is available on request via legal@telcoedge.com. We provide a billing and operations support platform for Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), Mobile Virtual Network Aggregators (MVNAs), enterprise IoT operators, and brands launching mobile services. Our platform is delivered as a cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution accessible via web interface and API. This Privacy Policy governs: • Personal data collected when you visit telcoedge.com or any TelcoEdge subdomain • Personal data collected when you contact us, request a demo, or subscribe to communications • Data we process on behalf of our clients as part of operating the TelcoEdge platform
2.1 Website visitors When you visit our website, we automatically collect: • Technical data: IP address (truncated), browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time on page, and click behaviour • Cookie data: See our Cookie Policy for full details Legal basis: Legitimate interests — to maintain website security, improve user experience, and understand how our content performs. 2.2 Demo requests and contact forms When you request a demo, contact us, or fill in any form on our website, we collect: • First name, last name, work email address • Company name and job title • Subscriber volume range (if provided) • Message content and any additional information you submit Legal basis: Contract — processing is necessary to respond to your request and take steps prior to entering a contract. Legitimate interests — to follow up on sales enquiries and manage our commercial pipeline. 2.3 Platform users (operator accounts) When your organisation accesses the TelcoEdge platform as a client, we collect: • Account credentials (name, work email, password hash) • Usage logs, API call logs, and audit trails within your platform instance • Support ticket content and communication history • Billing and payment information related to your TelcoEdge subscription Legal basis: Contract — processing is necessary for the performance of the platform agreement between TelcoEdge and your organisation. 2.4 Subscriber data processed on behalf of clients Our platform enables MVNO clients to manage their own end-customer (subscriber) data, which may include subscriber names, contact details, SIM/eSIM identifiers, call detail records (CDRs), usage data, and billing records. TelcoEdge processes this data as a data processor acting under the documented instructions of its clients, who are the data controllers. This processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), available to clients on request. TelcoEdge does not use subscriber data processed on behalf of clients for any purpose other than providing the contracted services.
We use your data for the following purposes: • Responding to demo and sales enquiries — using contact form data and company info (Legal basis: Contract / Legitimate interests) • Providing and operating the TelcoEdge platform — using account credentials, usage logs, API logs (Legal basis: Contract) • Billing for TelcoEdge subscription — using company name, billing contact, payment details (Legal basis: Contract) • Platform security and fraud prevention — using IP addresses, access logs, API usage (Legal basis: Legitimate interests / Legal obligation) • Improving our website and platform — using anonymised usage analytics (Legal basis: Legitimate interests) • Sending product updates, release notes, and service communications — using work email, name (Legal basis: Contract / Legitimate interests) • Marketing communications (with opt-in) — using work email, name, company (Legal basis: Consent) • Legal compliance and regulatory obligations — as required (Legal basis: Legal obligation)
TelcoEdge does not sell personal data to third parties. We share data only in the following circumstances: 4.1 Service providers and subprocessors We use trusted third-party providers to operate our business and platform. These include cloud infrastructure providers, CRM and sales tools, email and communication platforms, analytics tools, and customer support software. All subprocessors are subject to data processing agreements and are required to protect data to an equivalent standard. A current list of subprocessors is available on request. 4.2 Professional advisors We may share data with our legal advisors, accountants, and insurers where necessary for the operation of our business. 4.3 Legal requirements We may disclose data where required by applicable law, court order, regulatory authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TelcoEdge, its clients, or the public. 4.4 Business transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of TelcoEdge’s assets, personal data may be transferred to the relevant third party. We will provide notice before data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
TelcoEdge operates globally with clients and infrastructure across the United States, the Middle East and Africa, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Personal data collected from individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom may be transferred to and processed in countries outside those regions. Where we transfer EEA or UK personal data to third countries, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including: • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission • The UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) where applicable • Transfers to countries with an adequacy decision from the European Commission
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by applicable law. • Website visitor analytics: 26 months (anonymised after 13 months) • Demo request and contact data: 3 years from last contact, or until deletion requested • Client account data: Duration of contract + 7 years (legal obligation) • Platform usage logs and audit trails: Duration of contract + 1 year • Support correspondence: 3 years from resolution • Marketing consent records: Until consent withdrawn + 3 years
TelcoEdge implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risk level associated with the data we process. These include: • Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256) • Role-based access controls with multi-factor authentication for platform access • Regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management • Incident detection, logging, and response procedures • Staff training on data protection and information security • Cloud infrastructure hosted on certified cloud providers with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications No method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected parties and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data: • Right of access: To request a copy of personal data we hold about you • Right to rectification: To correct inaccurate or incomplete data • Right to erasure: To request deletion of your data where we have no legal basis to retain it • Right to restriction: To limit how we use your data in certain circumstances • Right to portability: To receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format • Right to object: To object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing • Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, to withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing • Rights related to automated decision-making: TelcoEdge does not make decisions about individuals that are based solely on automated processing and that produce legal or similarly significant effects To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@telcoedge.com. We will respond within 30 days. In the EEA and UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. For CCPA (California residents): California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared or sold; the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
TelcoEdge’s platform and website are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact us at privacy@telcoedge.com and we will delete it promptly.
